Overall, the apartment is a great place to stay & the sea view from the balcony is stunning. Located beachside, with easy access to the boardwalk which goes all the way to La Cala in one direction & to Cabopino in the other direction. Local shops & supermarkets within easy walking distance & plenty of options for eating out, too. The Garden Bar is located near to the pool & garden area & we had drinks & food here several times during our stay. The gardens & pool area are kept well maintained & most people are respectful of the pool & garden rules.

Property is ideally situated. With absolutely stunning views over the Med! One evening after dinner we were fortunate enough to have our own dolphin display, although we realise this is rare. Property has absolutely everything you need. We have been to this area many times before and we would recommend this property to friends and family. Property is very clean and tidy, comfortable and communication with owners was fantastic. We would love to return. Thank you very much!

SĆ©jour trĆØs sympa et agrĆ©able. Le lieu est parfaitement bien situĆ© et les plages sont agrĆ©ables car pas envahies par le tourisme de masse. L'appartement trĆØs bien situĆ© et au calme. Les installations intĆ©rieures sont parfaites. Le logement Ć©tait propre et trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont de qualitĆ© et en nombre suffisant. Nous avons eu des soucis avec un climatiseur, et la rĆ©paration a Ć©tĆ© rapide de efficace. Il est parfois difficile d'avoir une place dans le parking privĆ© de la rĆ©sidence. Il n'y a pas de place personnelle pour chaque appartement. Nous regrettons que comme dans beaucoup de rĆ©sidences, des personnes se prĆ©cipitent le matin pour prendre des transats (pourtant en nombre suffisant) et y mettre les serviettes rĆ©servant ainsi leur place pour la journĆ©e, sans parfois y aller. Le manque de savoir vivre de certains touristes ou propriĆ©taires m'ennuie fortement.

El apartamento estĆ” muy bien ubicado. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La atenciĆ³n en la llegada y la salida ha sido muy buena. Las vistas al mar y a la playa, son espectaculares. Hemos descansando y hemos disfrutado. Las comidas y cenas en la terraza, escuchando las olas del mar han sido memorables.

Exactly as described in the listing. Quiet location, some decent restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop to Marbella 10 mins away. Beaches are good. Pool area good too. Apartment clean & fairly modern. Lift to 2nd floor in good working order. I recommend the apartment for a quiet ish break. Max beach close by if you want a lively bar/restaurant

Great location right alongside the boardwalk. Spacious apartment and very clean. Lots of kitchen equipment and towels for bathroom and beach use. Very nice restaurant and bar on site. Very quiet at night even though it's near the motorway. Very prompt replies from site manager Chris even though we had very little to contact him about. 5 stars

Cet apart est spacieux et trĆØs confortable, et un plus, son balcon sur la mer, tĆ©lĆ© franƧaise, Juste en bas Ā«Ā the GardenĀ Ā» trĆØs bon restau avec des prix abordables. Le trottoir de bois, pour la promenade sur 6 km le long de la plage, vraiment, trĆØs bon choix de vacances.

We had 2 weeks holiday in this clean and comfortable apartment, it had everything we needed for a holiday in the sun. The information guide left in the apartment is on of the best we have seen, which was useful on a couple of occasions. It was lovely to sit on the balcony on an evening and watch the sea lap up against the shore. The garden and pool area are very inviting with a good little restaurant that gives access to Boardwalk and beach. There are plenty of good places to eat within easy walking distance at Dona Lola and El Zoco, and it is only a 5 minute bus ride to La Cala where there are many more good restaurants. The boardwalk is a must, just to stroll along either towards La Cala or Cabopino and stop off at one of the many beach bars is an ideal way to relax and catch the sun. Chris who is the contact in Spain for the apartment was brilliant, he helped to get us out of a problem, that we would have really struggled to ourselves. We had a great holiday and thanks to all concerned.

From the start excellent communication from the owners. The apartment a little outdated but very well equipped, had absolutely everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony with the views of the sea. Would highly recommend this apartment to our friends and family. Thank you Kareen & Pascal and also thank you to Christophe.

Mi estancia en la vivienda de Karem fue muy confortable.La casa se encuentra situada en una zona muy privilegiada y la vivienda tiene todo para estar muy cĆ³modo. Situation of apartment fantastic but the apartment itself a little dated and sparse of kitchen utensils and also bed linen needs replacing. Christophe who looks after the apartment for the owners is absolutely great and very friendly. Enjoyed my month at rocas del mar

Nous avons sĆ©journĆ© 5 semaines pendant l'hiver, c'Ć©tait plutĆ“t tranquille et c'est ce que nous recherchions. L'appart est trĆØs bien tout est au rendez-vous selon la description. Balcon sympa, Il y a une chambre donnant sur la route (laA7) qui est trĆØs bruyante, mais nous n'avions besoin que de 2 chambres, la chambre du milieu et celle donnant sur la mer sont Ć  l'abri du bruit de la route, nous entendions les vagues ā˜ŗ Le trottoir de bois qui longe la mer et le restau The Garden dans le complexe de l'appart, gĆ©nial!
