The hotel is spotlessly clean and the reception always smelt wonderful. The piped music was lovely and the seated areas very beautiful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and all very fresh. Dinner was not good though, with chewy/fatty meat sometimes but there was always lots of fresh pasta, chips and bread. The dinner option does not include drinks, which was a surprise as we thought one drink per person would be included.

Great stay beautiful location and building very beautiful also. Rooms a bit plain but most importantly clean. Food was a little basic, could be improved. Other than that it a beautiful setting and hotel itself is decorated beautifully really is scenic. Extra charge for sauna and steam room which was not the case before. Staff super friendly, would reccomend for sure!

Clean and cozy place. We had no sleep though, as there were a wedding party going on, and they had an afterparty in the isle just outside our room. The rooms were not soundproof, so it felt like the party was going on inside our room. We got told that the hotel manager would contact us after our stay for a solution, but 2 weeks later we never heard anything.

Room 222 is very outdated and needs complete remodel - noisy room. Property common areas and ground are well maintained and staff is attentive some how it compensates the room not be updated . Bed was firm but comfortable to me . Main issue is not a good sleep. Not Recommeded

The hotel is overall nice. Swimming pool, restaurant and garden are good. We had 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights. Unfortunately, both rooms, were heavily affected by a terrible sewage smell coming from the toilets. Maintenance came but the problem was not solved. It is not acceptable for an hotel to give such rooms to customers. Front desk was not capable to take the situation serious.
