The hotel is in a quiet area and it’s very close to 2 subway stations. Staff was nice and friendly. I would stay there again.

Hotel is nice. I didn’t like that the checkin was on the 22 floor and the rooms are on a different elevator. From the subway there is a hidden elevator in the back of lawsons store . No signs but it takes you to the first floor which takes you to the lobby on the first floor. Yale another elevator to the 22 floor. If you have luggage coming from the subway. Airport bus entrance is from the sidewalk on the first floor. I like that reception is large snd storage for luggage is easy on the last day. Front desk all speak english and are very nice. Didn’t try restaurants but namba walk in the subway has so many places to eat although most places open at 9 am. Starbucks in basement opens at 7am. Namba station gives you access to any where.

We stayed a night in Osaka and the room they assigned us to had no electricity in the restroom and the room smelled awful. We were offered a suite and paid for the difference. I was hoping to get the free upgrade but was not given that. Breakfast was great but was very disappointed in the first room assigned to us. Super small, no electricity and smelled terrible. If we came back, we would stay in the suite again. The area around the hotel was amazing

I have been there for tonight Everything was perfect I’m so appreciated from the hotel personnel and management and congratulation to them For this Perfect services The cleaning was perfect Breakfast breakfast Quality was good And there was so much option on the breakfast table Room the room was big enough And clean

Overall, the hotel and the room was great; however, there was a ton of thick, long hair throughout my room. Anything that touched the floor has hair that would cling to it even after my room was cleaned. Other than that, the room was very clean. The beds are a bit firm but that seems to be common across Japan.
