The apartment was beautiful and clean, the hosts were quick to respond and assist in any way. This is in a fantastic location, it’s close to the castle and a short walk from the duomo. Check in was so easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Mix up in communication about check in . No hot water , but we managed to fix that . No hand soap in toilets. But once we got over that , the apartment is in a fabulous location for the metro , supermarket opposite, cash point at the end of the road plus all the lovely restaurants in Brera.

Milano Suites was fantastic. Beautiful, clean apartment with everything you need. Close to everything, including eating and shopping. Management are easily contactable and went above and beyond when we arrived as we did not know where to go and a lovely young man came to assist us. I highly recommend Milano suites and we will definitely re book when we come back to Milan. Thank you.

Took an hour to find location, due to not having a sign. Was not a hotel but an apartment. It was advertise as a hotel, scam. No contact information on our documents we received from Expedia. No phone or email listed on front door to building. We never were able to check in so we found another real hotel. Later received call at 10:21pm from a person asking if we were coming. After telling him the situation he became angry and I hung up. SCAM false advertising.

Mixed feelings!

We booked through Hotels.com but the apartment is run through Milan Royal Suites. Online description for the specific apartment we booked was 2 bed, 3 bathroom with balcony in Rossini suite 9. We specifically chose this for our needs. Upon arrival in Milan communication was poor and the rep coming to meet us was 20-30mins late. He then took us to our apartment Rossini suite 8 which was smaller and had no balcony and 3 bathrooms but only 1 shower. We expressed our disappointment and that this was not what we had booked. After some discussions with the rep and on the phone to his boss they told us the other apartment had no hot water and also didn’t have a balcony to begin with so we were in the same apartment as what we booked. This was obviously very disappointing. We were offered a very small discount of €120 and to save upset and causing trouble on our weekend break we just accepted this. That being said the appartment Rossini 8 was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. It was quite noisy in one of the bedrooms due to a fan unit outside. It was a good spot but I wouldn’t use this company again.

Per un servizio completo e soddisfacente si deve avere una migliore pulizia (bagno nello specifico) e il kit deve prevedere anche le ciabatte da camera, oltre a tutto il resto. Inoltre la camera Rosssini IV è collocata su via Ponte Vetero dove c’è un notevole traffico di tram.

I was not happy pictures are not what the hire looks like, very disappointed. If I would have known and seen the correct pictures I would have not stayed here. I am asking for refund or partial refund for them deceiving, I also did not like to have a guy in my room when I arrived sitting in the kitchen asking me to pay them. They could have done this a different way. Made hole family feel uncomfortable. Place was dusty too not happy with this.
