Off the back of the kitchen, it has a lovely balcony that is perfect for enjoying a warm summer evening. The cottage has been converted to an 'upside down house' to make the most of the spectacular views over the waterway from your 1st floor living room and kitchen.
The cottage is renovated to a contemporary style which makes it a lovely house for both short and long stays. It is in walking distance to the Neyland Marina with stunning views and restaurants, shops and cafe's near by.

Exterior
There is parking outside the property for one car and there is plenty of additional free parking in the area. There's a good size patio garden on the ground floor with seating area included. Balcony from the Kitchen on the first floor.
Lots of good walking opportunities from the property, such as a short walk to Neyland Marina, paths onto the Castle park. On the marina they do provide boat trips and cycle hire. The cottage is a short drive to some of the beautiful beaches of Pembrokeshire, such as Angle and Freshwater West.
Local Area
Neyland is a small, coastal town in Pembrokeshire around 9 miles from Haverfordwest. There are many convenient shops, bars and cafes in the town centre and along the marina. From here, you can join the cycle path and explore Pembrokeshire to your heart's content.
A short drive in the car will take you to some of Pembrokeshire's many beautiful beaches such as Barafundel Bay, Freshwater West or the coastal resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot can be reached in 25 minutes. Local attractions such as Folly Farm and Oakwood Them Park are also just a short drive away.
One of Pembrokeshire's hidden gems is a beach in Marloes called Musselwick Sands. It is a 30 min drive away but it will not disappoint. This beach requires a small walk across the coastal path, then you walk down some steps to the beach. Make sure to check the tide times.
Getting there
Follow the A477 towards Neyland, at Honeyborough round a about take the first exist onto Honeyborough Road B4325. Follow this road past the local post office (Co Op) and take a left at Railway Terrace which is before the turning for the marina.
