This hotel doesn’t honor Expedia vip room upgrade and they were very rude about in messages I interacted with them. Otherwise everything else was fine was 5th time staying here

A great continental breakfast with fruit, salad , meats, yogurt etc. It would have been nice if there was a lunch or dinner restaurant on site. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was beautiful and in a convenient location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our issues were with the room. Definitely outdated decor and did not look like the photo advertised. Mirror on the bedroom wall was dirty and bathroom shower was not washed down, as there were numerous hairs in it. The shower took over 5 minutes to get hot. Aside from those issues, it was a decent stay and had a very pretty view of the harbor from the room.

This hotel had fantastic valet and front desk service. The gym was also wonderful. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed with the lack of adequate service at the onsite restaurant and bar and so we ate out in other restaurants during our 12 day stay. We but would be happy to stay at this location again!
