We found the spa facilities lacking compared to other similarly-rated hotels: the pool temperature was rather cold and sunloungers were uncomfortable. "A beautiful stay for myself and my 1 year old. The staff were incredible, so friendly, so helpful and even remembered my son’s name the next morning on check out which was really lovely! Housekeeping were all smiles and their work in the rooms is fantastic! What would be amazing is if they had a child play park outdoors because the scenery is stunning!
