Leo at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful right from the beginning when we arrived! He also arranged a nice gift basket when we mentioned we were visiting the area to celebrate our son's birthday that weekend which made our stay even more memorable! Check out was also very quick. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. However, the daily parking fee is a total turn off. Also, no fridge or mini microwave in the suites. Breakfast was not great. The complimentary coffee in the room is not good for Marriott standards.

Poor customer service
It took over an hour waiting in the lobby to get an extra blanket on SAT around 9PM. One gentleman was working with a customer on an Expedia issue and was unable to help four to five guest during that time. Why is there only one person working at that time? The 2nd person came back from lunch (I assume) and immediately was rude to me. I was too tired at this point to say something as I needed to get my young kids to bed, now it being 10PM, check the front lobby footage as I waited the entire time.
