"Staff were busy, but they were handling the pressure efficiently. Sanjeta and Hani (not sure I spelt their names right) were friendly and very supportive. Staff like them will make one choose Leonardo hotel always. They make you feel welcome and at home. "

"I stay 4 times a year for work, nice and convenient hotel for me. The rooms are nice, could do with more attention to detail in cleaning, found a champagne cork beside the curtains and loads of dust… the room I was in had the air conditioner below the window which is pointless as when you shut the curtains to sleep the air doesn’t come into the room."
