"The outside looked like a 60's motor lodge that had just been built. The inside was modern, fresh, and was well appointed like an air bnb. There were people sitting around a fire ring like at a campground. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Couldn't ask for more."

"Great no nonsense motor inn style hotel. The rooms are clean, with mini refrigerators and microwaves. Hot showers, and an open sink area with a large counter. Additionally there was a small table and a TV. Our room did show some signs of wear and tear, but minor, and only noticed upon closer inspection. The area for improvement would be the furniture. It seem dated and a bit worn. Even if the facility put a fresh coat of paint on the furniture, I do think it would elevate the experience...

"Easy check in and check out. Newly renovated and clean. I was especially pleased with the bankers and sheets not having burn holes in a smoking room… I maybe a smoker but I still have high standards and don’t understand why other smokers would do that in the bed where they’re sleeping. "

"This was not a family type vacation. I came to fish and wanted a nice clean place to clean up and sleep. The room was clean the water was hot. The manager was very nice and helpful. He keeps a close eye on the place and really wants you to enjoy your stay. I would stay there again."

"The motel was closed and converted to migrant apartments 2 months ago according to the locals. We got there at midnight and had to scramble to find another motel. TERRIBLE 1st time Expedia experience. We want our money back. "

"Arrived at property and noticed there weren’t many vehicles, but people hanging out in parking lot — pool was the color of swamp water and looked similar to the swamps in Louisiana — the person working desk walked us to our room and before we walked through hallway doorway to where the guest rooms are, it smelled terrible— when the room was shown to us, it was “creepy”— one bed had a quilt on it, did not match other bed and looked as if someone was living in the room and had decorated (tried to)...
