"Having checked in at 7.30 I went out to meet clients at 8.30. On returning at 10.30 the entire place was closed with no lights on and no-one anywhere to be seen. I knocked, I telephoned but no answer. After 20 minutes of trying to get in to. the building I gave up and got a cab to a neighbouring hotel and stayed there.
