superbe mimizan plages : magnifique ville
superbes vacances à Mimizan plages. dans l’appart , matelas du lit un peu dur. canapé peu confortable et box orange qui fonctionne mal. et surtout frigo qui ferme mal et qui du coup ne fait pas assez de froid. et place de parking où tout le monde se gare car portail d’entrée cassé. (et pas de four. )

Schöne Wohnung in Traumlage
Wir waren letztes Jahr schon in Mimizan-Plage und die ganze Familie war ganz begeistert von diesem Örtchen. Dieses Jahr durften wir in dieser Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub in Mimizan-Plage verbringen. Die Wohnungen befindet sich in einem super Zustand. Alles war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einfach super. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand, der Fluss, der Markt, Supermarkt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bäcker, ... Das Auto haben wir während dieser Zeit nicht gebraucht. Sehr erholsame Ferien. Alle waren sehr zufrieden und haben sich wohl gefühlt. Auch der Außenpool hat uns sehr viel Spaß bereitet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Un duplex bien agréable
Idéalement situé proche de la mer et de la place, l'appartement est très bien équipé. Dommage de ne pas voir autour des ampoules quelques abatsjours et des appliques un peu decoratives. A ce titre, la decoration pourrait être un peu moins impersonnelle. Egalement, l'électroménager pourrait être discretement rangé dans un placard sous l'escalier, le lit du rdc un peu moins grand afin de pouvoir circuler autour, l'ouverture/fermeture du velux de la chambre solo au 1er étage automatisée et la poutre de l'escalier en bois invisible depuis le salon ...En bref, quelques petites améliorations pour un plus grand confort visuel et fonctionnel. Très bon séjour cependant.

Extrêmement bien situé à Mimizan-Plage, l’appartement est grand et agréable. La plage est à côté et les animations estivales et restaurants également tout en étant au calme le soir.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement. Idéalement placé, posez la voiture et oubliez là! Restos, plages, ballades, boutiques, marchés, tout est sur place. Belle ambiance de vacances et région magnifique! L'appartement est totalement neuf et très spacieux, propre à notre arrivée. L'accueil a été très sympathique, le départ également et les propriétaires sont adorables et disponibles malgré leur travail respectifs. Merci!
