It has all the charm of a family-run business fused with spotless cleanliness with modern amenities and comfort in a perfect location on the main drag in this quaint little French beach town. The commercial district with infinite dining and shopping options is right in its back yard, and it’s within easy walking distance of a Leclerc supermarket. Had enough sun and surf? Enjoy a drink on the terrace of their lovely bar and dining...

"We passed a great vacation in Mimizan-Beach with our large family. The house looks exactly as advertised, the pool is great and it's nicely furnished and decorated. However, we should mention some details that keep this place from being a straight 5-star object: - if the wind blows towards the sea, you get an ugly smell from the large paper mill up the road - the place needs a very thorough clean-up that includes all corners of the kitchen and the bathroom, chairs etc. "

"The house has a lovely large garden (shared with another property) for the kids to run around, play, outdoor shower etc. It is located in a green area rigth next to some woods and the access road to the lake (boat/canoeing/SUP etc, but no swimming allowed - i still went out on some great morning swims). The lake is quite beautiful and you can run/walk around on a very nice path (ca 14km). A larger road is just outside the property and you will hear the cars, but our kids were louder during the...

"Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht! Sehr netter Empfang und die Lage ist herrlich - der See, nur ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt, ist sehr idyllisch. Top!"

"Agréable séjour"

"An excellent vacation place, close to the beach and the town, yet peacefully far from others. The other cabins are uninhabited around it so we were all alone. The owners are great, they made us feel welcome with little extras like the bikes and body boards to use, the coffee and soaps. The cabin is well done with nice materials and a good layout for everyone to be comfy. The AC was very nice on hot nights. Only thing I would warn about is that the loft beds are very high, so not for young kids....
