Most of the front desk staff were either rude or unhelpful. Plus most of the amenities such as the gym, room fridge, and pool were either damaged or unusable. There was wear and tear on the inside of the hotel building In numerous places.

Poor staff. Seldom was the front desk maned. Waited one time 20 mins. General repairs for my room,like burnt out lights, loose toilet seat,toilet flapper worn out causing the water to run continuously, brought to the front desk were never fixed during my 6 day stay.

I selected this property because it had an adjacent restaurant. The restaurant was closed for renovations (which the staff apparently didn’t even know) and there was no other dining close by. The small on-property convenience store only had a few items and they were old and stale. Carpets were stained and everything just felt tired, including the staff.
