The staff didn’t seem to have a lot of standard information that they should. They didn’t know the breakfast hours and when I called about a hair dryer they couldn’t tell me if my room was to have one, where it was, and if I could get one if it wasn’t there.

Didn't like how the heater in the room would turn down when we left the room. The temp would be 67- 68° when we returned from an outing. Breakfast was good, but the first day I had to ask for eggs and sausage.

Clean hotel, nice staff, nice breakfast. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Heaters are loud switched to another room heater was still loud.

There was an issue with the heat in the hallways and lobby area. The thermostat in the breakfast area said 54 degrees! It was very cold if you were anywhere outside your room.
