While checking in hotel associate was not friendly and was not transparent about $150 incidentals charge on my credit card until I asked. The next day, a hotel associate reserved the shuttle for me at 1030am to go to a designated destination but when I came down another associate aaked ro confirm my room number/reservation and found out it was for 1130am. The male associate which could have been a manager was instructing hotel housekeeping how to clean the wood in the elevator and stated this elevator was not available, told us take the stairs when there were 2 elevators. Saturday associate in the morning and Sunday associate in the morning were clearly more professional and welcoming more than everyone else including management. Perhaps management and younger associates could use customer service training. Revisit Hiltons Code of Conduct in order to follow the companies Mission, Values and Vision

It is in a close proximity to all the destinations that we drive to when we stay in Minneapolis. We generally go to 3 locations (Mall of America, Asian Mall and Mandarin Kitchen) and it is in the middle of all of them. The only problem is the exit from I-494 is under construction.

What an awesome hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. We especially loved the weekend bartender, Tim, and the waitress, Barb. It was in a central location to everything we visited. We would definitely stay here again.

We end up in the twin cities once or twice a year and this had become our go to hotel for the past 5 or so years. We find things here are always consistent. Comfortable beds, always clean rooms-common areas and the property appears well maintained and taken care of. There is ample parking and an overflow parkade if needed. We’ve never done the restaurant on scene but it’s usually busy which is usually a good sign. Staff have always been friendly and helpful and the mini Starbucks bar in the lobby is great. Keep up the great work Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington and we’ll see you again soon

Overall good stay for our Labor Day getaway. Only issue was there tub was stopped up and supposed to be fixed while we were out. We came back to our room with water still in the tub HOWEVER I called the front desk again and maintenance came right up and fixed the issue.
