The pool area was not warm and the water was on the chilly side. Our whole purpose for the stay was to get our grandchildren together at a pool so this was disappointing. We did report it to the staff and they acted on it right away. We did not go back to the area so not sure that they were able to fix it.

Room was nice, restaurant food was tasty. Biggest issue is the double charged me for a 75 deposit and overcharged me for my room. Neither of these issues have been resolved two days later- still pending in my account. Actual charge on receipt was correct- but still not corrected in my account.
