The views from our room of the Foshay and the IDS Plaza below were amazing. I proposed to my fiancée in front of the wall of windows Christmas evening. The engagement ring sparkled in the city lights. It was perfect!

We ordered warm chocolate chip cookies and milk that were not in our room as requested. When they finally arrived, the delivery person put them in the refrigerator (WARM COOKIES, cold milk)? We left some room service items outside our door. For three days the items piled up. No one picked them up. Which means no one cleaned on our floor or checked to see if we wanted our room cleaned. Staff was friendly-one saving grace. The Marquette is not what it used to be.
