"Great property which the owner clearly cares a lot for. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and the small touches of hospitality went a long way. "Treasured family traditionThis was my 5th time staying at the Bensons' cabin. As always, it was amazing. We live only a half hour or so away, but don't have our own lake place. Our annual stay at Clearwater provides us many northern Minnesota lake memories. We especially love rowing and stand up paddle boarding, and my girls have really gotten into fishing the past couple of years (this time my older daughter added a nice bass to our sheetpan seafood "boil"). As I've stated in my previous reviews, the cabin in tidy, needs are provided for, and I love the decor. Communication has always been responsive. We'll be back next year!"
