"Bright and cosy stay in a one bed flat in a small terraced house. Lively high ceilings and view to the sea through the baw windows. It's not a luxury hotel! - but was functional, clean and a great option for a weekend at a festival in neighbouring town Margate. Good prices, excellent communication, on-street parking and short stroll to the beach. "

"The property is of very good condition larger than what I thought from the pictures we spent two nights there as we wanted some peace and quiet over New years Eve away from the loudness of fireworks. And I was very happy to report there was no noise at all required"

"The property was delightful and beautifully decorated. There was a problem with parking and we were blocked in on many days. There were builders with two vans nearly every day we were there which meant that other occupants of the other cottages had to park where they could which caused the problems we had."

"Lovely room with a balcony and view onto the harbour, and the staff were very friendly. Lots of renovation work going on when we visited, which inevitably detracted a little from the experience. "A lovely mini weekend getaway, which I would thoroughly recommend. Greeted in arrival with a glsss of Prosecco and room was ready!! Room was spacious but slightly lacking in storage space. Spa room is lovely but can get overcrowded so maybe not quite as romantic / peaceful as you want. Lack of hanging space (robes) in the Spa. Fantastic service and accommodation 💕

"Second visit to this magnificent hotel and cannot fault anything really. Fantastic staff and always welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. At the moment it appears to be having renovation work which causes no problems for guests. It is brilliant the hotel fact is central to a variety of things for tourists, for example, shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and all viewpoints for sightseers. Finally the accommodation offers entertainment and a place to eat & relax."

Excellent hotel , for an excellent price

"What a lovely hotel with a fantastic view..Hotel was lovely and clean.on arrival staff were very welcoming. The reception area has a lovely seating area We had twin room which was very large and warm.no draughty windows and heavy blackout curtains.Beds were really comfy Teas and coffees in room were replaced daily also complimentary water. We had breakfast which was made to order during the week but help your self on the weekend. Had options for a full English, breads, cheeses, ham lots of fresh fruit whole or ready sliced on a platter, yogurts and pastries, a great set up for the day. The bar staff were very polite and professional which a well stocked bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to stay here next time we visit the area "
