Beautiful location and resort in Samana. The hotel needs some renovations, specially the bathrooms are old and outdated. The All Inclusive package needs a new name since there are items on the food and drinks list that are not included. The best part besides the views are definitely the people. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and definitely will be back. Thank you Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 for another great vacation!

Staff was really nice
I recently stayed at your hotel and experienced a delay of 2 hours at check-in before I could access my room the hotel was having issues with the WiFi and can’t see my reservation. I wanted to bring this to your attention as it affected my experience. I appreciate any steps you can take to ensure smoother check-in processes for future guests.
