"Hotel El Faro is a beautiful hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and a pool bar. The staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent and helpful. Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel. The manager would not let all members of our group to check in to the hotel as the hotel had some connection problem with Expedia. "The property is well-kept and maintained. Daily cleaning service was good and very serviceable. The complex is a bit load as the villas are right next to each other, so there's a lack of privacy at times. Overall, we had a great time and it was a good place for vacationing. "

"We got the room with no A/C in it, just a big fan, and no private bathroom either. Which we didn't mind, as we just needed a place to sleep in. Safe parking for our car, the pool and the public bathroom were clean. It's 3 blocks away from Cocori, a Super 24 convenient store 2 blocks away. We left the car in the hotel and walked everywhere we needed. We didn't get to meet the owner, just the lady that cleans the place. She showed us to our cabin where we found a clean room, two set of towels. There was no issue leaving our stuff there as we could lock the cabin door. "
