The palace is located in the center of the town making it accessible to all forms of transportation. Being that the hotel is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the old town, the noise didn’t bother me when I was in the hotel room. I also want to give a shout out to Luz, who prepared breakfast with the most delicious foods and baked goods! I can’t leave out the front desk staff either, they were all so helpful, joyful and friendly.

The hotel was in an exceptional location, very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. We had only one complaint, which was that in our terrace room the sound of the bells from the church was very loud and they would sound frequently - this may have been less noticeable from other rooms though, as we were on the top floor very close to the bells.

Estuvimos en Villa Soro y quedamos encantados con el hotel, la atención del staff! Enfermé durante mi estancia en el hotel y ellos me ayudaron. Y orientaron en a donde ir a que me medicaran. Durante mi Visita al doctor, hubo cambio de turno y al regresar al hotel, la nueva recepcionista estuvo muy al pendiente de que me había comentado el
Doctor y que me podían ayudar. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel y si regresamos al SS, este será mi opción de hospedaje.
El hotel bellisímo y las instalaciones se primera.

An excellent hotel, out of town but easy city bus
"Great service and advice from reception and in the restaurant where we also enjoyed excellent food and wine in a lively environment. Rooms are very comfortable (including the bed) but ours was not well sound-proofed. It was, however, ok when you had considerate neighbours."

"Lovely clean and modern hotel with secure parking and dog “friendly”. Staff were fabulous and were very helpful. Only eating option if you have a dog is room service (which I did) or leave the dog in your room (which I didn’t) Dogs up to 20kg allowed in hotel."
