"Reception, extremely poor service. Woman needs more customer service training. Not extremely busy and no problem waiting our turn; however, once it was our turn she turned to a co-worker and had a 5 minute conversation. I moved to the next gentleman who was helping our friends when the coworker left so I returned to stand in front of her. My wife had made the reservations for both ourselves and friends we were traveling with. When reception asked for identification I gave her my driver's license and she said there was no such reservation. When I explained to her my wife had made the reservation she asked if there was another name it could be under. I gave her the name of the friends who were checking in with the gentleman. She again repeated is there another name that could be under at which time I turn to my wife and said they don't have a reservation under our last name. At this point the woman said very rudely "you're not listening to what I'm saying"! My wife joined the conversation at this point and said "I made the reservations for both parties" gave her name, which is the same last name as mine and our friends name. Reception then asked for identification from her. It appears that what she was looking for was a different first name but wasn't very clear in her questioning. Instead of asking for a different first name became rude and belittling. Check out was extremely pleasant and restaurant Rob was excellent! "
