The staff were very nice. The lady who we checked out with was named Lisa and during breakfast I listened as I was eating to how pleasant, cheerful and friendly Lisa was to everyone checking out. We had the same experience with her! She is remarkable. However: The stair carpeting is terribly, worn thin, and we had a dirty tub and sink in our room. There was no remote in our room for the TV. We told the night clerk, she said she’d come to our room, but no one ever did. I assumed it was because she may have been the only one on duty. A TV can relax a traveler after a busy day of traveling and is expected to work in a hotel!

The property, carpeting, and bathroom was very dirty. The water pressure in the shower was zero and the bathtub did not drain. The lock on the door was broken and you had to slam the door to shut it. I’d never stay there again. It was a dump!

Ethan was an excellent front desk host. Checked us in quickly and found us a room with perfect location so we could get our luggage in and out with ease. Close to Tesla supercharger and easy on and off I-90. Rooms were dated but functional and clean. Thank you!

The lobby and stairs carpet was filthy and torn. It smelled dirty when you walk in the door. Morning front desk guy was not a bit friendly. Our room smelled dirty, there was a big lump in our mattress. I felt dirty just sleeping there. It needs better management and update the facility.

Pretty obvious the property is run down which is too bad, but Lisa at the front desk was terrific! When we got checked in we had apparently booked a smoking room (didn’t know there were smoking/non-smoking rooms) and she helped us switch to a different one which was great. The room we got was alright. Hairs in the shower and in the bed that weren’t ours weren’t the most welcoming, and it was obvious that the bed was old by the way it sank down in the middle. Overall a pretty meh place and wouldn’t have booked it if everything else in town wasn’t booked up. Also the Expedia page says they have wifi. They don’t at the property but they did at the places nearby that we were able to connect to.

The bathtub had mold on the drain. And some materal in the tub that it looked like they tried to fix it. Carpeting throughout the entire hotel was dirty and stained. People standing outside the front door smoking. The whole hotel including our room smelled like smoke. Had we not have gotten in son late and were tired we would have left.
