There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes it very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I loved the room. It had a nice floor plan, was clean, well maintained and modern. There's plenty of lighting including a good reading light on each side of the bed. I enjoyed the espresso machine, but wish there was creamer available. It would also be nice if there was a place in the bathroom or by the mirror to plug in he hair dryer or a curling iron. There's also a slight tilt in the shower floor so water will drain which made me a bit nervous I'd loose my footing or slip.

From the moment I arrived, I was met with world-class hospitality and a lovely glass of Prosecco. The hotel itself is stunning, with modern, stylish interiors and top-tier amenities. I loved the spa area with the sauna and pool sadly the steam room was out of order during my stay. My room was amazingly designed, clean, and offered breathtaking views definitely worth the extra few pennies for the sea view !!! What truly sets this hotel apart was the incredible customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and comfortable and I felt their sincerity and willingness to help. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Whether it was recommendations for exploring Malta or ensuring I had everything I needed, their dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding. The rooftop bar was incredible providing a perfect setting to unwind with a top tier cocktail made by Elliott while enjoying the views. It truly exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect destination for those seeking luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. I can’t wait to return!

A great hotel overall with an even better fancy restaurant!! The hotel is located in a great area, close to the sea and other restaurants. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were comfortable. The only downside was that parking had to be done on the street (and the streets are quite small) unless you want to pay extra for parking. However, it wasn’t a massive inconvenience, so overall a great place to stay!!

The hotel is ideally suited for a stay in Valletta. The hotel amenities are first rate: these include a 24hour reception, a delicious breakfast, a great decor and hotel staff that go out of their way to be helpful.

The entire hotel Staff was exceptionally responsive and helpful, regardless of the request. They really made our trip great.
