"In general , the hotel is very nice. However, amenities are very basic, a high-end hotel has no wash clothes in the room, Kleenex run out not replenish, only 1 flat pillow per person, and had to make use of the sofar cushion to fit my head while sleeping. Twice I called reception counter but never answered and had to go to the reception counter in person for service, I refused to go to the lobby myself for the second time. I would not give this hotel a thumb up for recommendations. "

"Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "

"We had a lovely time in this beautiful hotel right in the middle of the old town. Trier is truly special - so many interesting sites and don't miss visiting the Mosel river valley nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly and the restaurant was delicious - we ate dinner there twice and really enjoyed our meals. The room was comfortable and quiet and we had a nice balcony and a view of the cathedral. Overall, would definitely recommend! "

"We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good."

"Great spacious 1 room apartment. All new. Clean. Very well equipped. Free coffee and tea. Own wifi. Elevator. Great bakery downstairs. Gas station nearby. Historic downtown is 15 minutes walking distance. Parking can be tricky..but free spots can be found. Watch out -main road access is a one way road. "

"Would say that the hotel is very good, services s well. Options for dinner are awesome, swimming pool and spa options are great as well. What could be better are beds and pillows. Overall, I would definitely visit it again. "
