Our apartment is 34 m² in size and offers space for max. 4 people (combined living room / bedroom with 1 sofa bed and separate sleeping area with double bed). The apartment has a new and modern shower room and a kitchenette with hob, microwave with grill and fridge, dishes, coffee maker, egg cooker and toaster.

The Kleinwalsertal ......: The Kleinwalsertal is one of the best known and most beautiful recreation areas in the Alps. The valley has three villages: Riezlern (1088m), Hirschegg (1150m) and Mittelberg with Baad (1200 to 1250m).

Due to its geographical location, the valley offers an extraordinarily favorable high mountain climate, with low barometer pressure and high air purity. The average sunshine duration is extremely high at 1556 hours. The Kleinwalsertal is Austrian territory, German economic area and it was settled 700 years ago by the Walser people from the canton of Valais in southern Switzerland.

In summer ...: ... over 150 km of hiking trails lead through a wonderfully varied landscape. Two mountain railways (Kanzelwand 1957 m and Walmedingerhorn 1940 m) and three gondola lifts and chair lifts (Ifen 1600 m, Heuberg 1380 m and Zaferna 1470 m) facilitate the ascent and lead to the most beautiful hiking areas. In addition to easy day hikes, mountain and climbing tours and hikes from hut to hut are also possible. Mountain school, nature theater Kleinwalsertal for children, Wals mountain summer, horse riding, tennis, the casino Kleinwalsertal and much more ensure an interesting vacation.

In winter ........: The Kleinwalsertal ski area comprises between 1100 and 2000 m over 120 km of slopes with 50 lifts that are just as suitable for beginners as for experts. There are also cross-country trails, winter hiking trails, tobogganing, horse riding and much more.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Urlaub, schönes Appartement mit allem, was man braucht, und ein traumhafter Bergblick. Super war auch das Bergbahnticker, was wir täglich genutzt haben, und die Angebote mit Sporthalle, Kegeln, Tischkicker, Billard und Schwimmbad, so dass es auchafürTeenager nicht langweilig wird.

Appartement met mooi uitzicht maar te klein voor gezin
Netjes appartement met mooi uitzicht. Wij vonden de ruimte te klein voor 4 pers. Slaapbank is echt niet goed. Onze kinderen hebben gebroken nachten gehad. Ik zou dit appartement alleen aanbevelen als je met zijn tweeen gaat. Verder is er weinig opbergruimte voor boodschappen e.d. omdat eigenaar veel kastjes zelf in gebruik heeft met van alles en nog wat.

Sehr schönes Appartement in toller Lage. Vom Balkon und vom Esstisch eine super Aussicht auf die Berge. Im Appartement war alles da, was man braucht. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kombi FeWo im Hotel war super; man kann alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels nutzen (für die Kinder vor allem die Sport-/Spielhalle und das Schwimmbad), aber auch der Brötchen- und Essen-Abhol-Service sind optimal. Durch die guten Verbindungen mit dem Walserbus kann man kostenlos und vor allem bequem viele Ziele erreichen. Da das Bergbahnticket inklusive ist, war auch das gesamte Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super. Die Buchung und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter haben hervorragend geklappt und auch im Hotel war alles - dank sehr freundlichem Personal - unproblematisch. Das Kleinwalsertal ist immer wieder schön.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Aufenthalt war dort sehr angenehm auch durch die vielen Möglichkeiten im Haus wie Sauna und Schwimmbad. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach schön
Das Appartement hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Zwölfer, liegt zentral in Bödem. Bis zur Talstation des Walmendingerhorns kann man problemlos laufen. Die Wohnung ist im 90 Stiel eingerichtet, sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht (Micro mit Herdfunktion, Kaffeemaschine, sogar Eierbecher...). Die Einrichtungen des Apart Hotel können allen genutzt werden. Kontakt zum Vermieter Fam. Norden problemlos, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Alles bestens, meine beiden Jungs und ich waren hoch zufrieden. Wir werden wiederkommen. Gerade die Nutzung der Turnhalle und des Schwimmbad im Hotel waren klasse. Der wahnsinnig schönen Blick auf die Berge vom Esstisch aus brachte uns tägliche Glücksmomente.
