Exceeded my expectations. I hear the hotel room is small in Japan, but our room size is better than what we expected.
Service is great. Definitely will consider thos hotel if we visit Tokyo again

It is a good hotel, customer service is excellent, food is amazing, hot springs (both indoor and outdoor), sauna and steam room and swimming pool are great. We will come back on our next trip to Tokyo.

The hotel is having a convenient location in Akihabana. The room is basically clean and equipped with all we need( we have a family room). However, there are many many mosqutios in the room. We killed at least 3 to 4 every night, but there are still some in the room. Very irritating. I think it is probably the hallway of the floor is semi-open space and there are some plants outside.
