Fantastic new southwest villa located about 10 minutes south of downtown Moab. You can sit inside or outside and take-in the spectacular views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains! The unit features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage. Newly furnished and tastefully decorated. Access is easy as guests received codes to access the unit and check in/check out is a breeze.

Relax on the shady, north facing patio after your day of adventures.

There are two full baths upstairs and 1/2 bathroom downstairs. This unit is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils needed. The kitchen can accommodate up to 16 people with plates and seating. There is salt, pepper, sugar, flour, and some spices.

A starter pack of amenities is supplied but not replenished during your stay. When you arrive, the condo will be stocked with 6 dish pods, 6 laundry pods, 2 sets of paper towels, 4 trash can liners, mini trash bags for each trash can, 2 toilet paper rolls in 3 bathrooms, some shampoo and bar soaps, liquid dish soap, and liquid hand soap.
Twin air mattresses and extra blankets are provided.

The condo was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. There was a problem with finding the actual address and the auto key system to get in but once resolved we were fine. The bedroom at the back needed more air conditioning or a ceiling fan since it was very hot during our visit to the area.

Perfect condo to enjoy all the sites in Moab
Moab is one of our favourite locations for either Spring or Fall mountain biking. For a great spin ride the bike path from town out to the turn off to Dead Horse Point State Park and find some awesome trails on the way back. The best part after a great day of fun is to come back home to this great VRBO. The location just outside of town is quiet and relaxing. The condo is perfectly appointed with all the comforts of home. Need anything Cindy is a great hostess! Only there if you need her! Highly recommend and look forward to our next adventure in Moab and staying in this condo. One recommendation if you are looking to go to the Arches State Park make a reservation early in your booking. We thought about going one afternoon- nope - entry ticket available two months after our stay!

Beautiful, Comfortable, Clean and Spacious Condo
Everything about this place was fantastic! Very clean, lovely decor, spacious bedrooms, beautiful view from the front and back, and even comfortable beds. The two car garage, two refrigerators, and washer and dryer were very convenient. Host was kind and helpful and so quick to communicate with us with a date change we requested. We had an excellent stay!

Great all around!
This property was great for our week long stay in Moab. It was 4 adults and 5 kids. The bunk bed room was great for the kids and we liked that the one bunk bed was a double bed so two kids could sleep on the bottom together. The location was great - just south of town but near everything in Moab. The neighborhood seemed like all rental properties and since it was 4th of July weekend, it was a bit busy, but not noisy or obnoxious. Having access to the pool was a game changer after hot days out and about. Cindy responded quickly to minor trouble we had with the key lock when we first got there and it was fixed without delay. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals, plenty of plates and utensils that we could go multiple meals a day before having to run the dishwasher. Definitely would recommend if planning a trip to Moab.

Moab VRBO trip
We all had a great time! The kids used the soccer ball, we swam in the pool, safe area for the kids to ride their scooters, they played basketball, we barbecued, and the table could accommodate us all for meals and table games. It was a great location for grocery store runs, gas, downtown and to Arches National Park. Loved every minute of our trip to Moab. Thank you.

Near Moab
Nice property...had some carpet staining reported to the manager. Upstairs rooms were warm. No ceiling fans in other rooms other than master bedroom. Nice there was a garage to park. Cindy was very helpful in making recommendations of where to eat which were excellent. Great host! Highly recommend for breakfast Jailhouse Cafe as we ate there everyday.

This was a great place. Plenty of space for our large group with plenty of dishes and towels for us. We loved having a garage to lock our bikes in. Hot tub and pool were nice after being out all day. Good price and value!

Visiting Arches National Park
The location, accommodations, and amenities were great. We stayed for 2 nights. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend more wash rags, we only found 6 for 7 people for 2 nights. There were plenty of towels! We had an issue with our door code working at checkin, but Cindy responded within like 20mins. So, I’d still say the checkin process was easy and so was checkout! If we visit the area again, we will definitely look to stay at this unit/complex.

Great communication with owner and the unit was as described. Nice and quiet as well. Check is 4pm but our unit was delayed until 5p due to cleaning service having a busy day. It all worked out and we had a great, awe-inspiring visit to the parks. Arches and Canyonlands is a trip that everyone must take in!
