BEDS: A king bed in the master, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3.

Beautifully furnished unit with your comfort in mind. Come and enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome. You will enjoy sleeping on the great mattresses after a day of hiking, biking, or off-roading. Televisions in every room and a fully equipped kitchen make it a home away from home. The community pool and hot tub are a great place to relax or if you're not tired enough, play some tennis or basketball located next to the pool. All bedrooms in this unit are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. There's a private balcony off the master suite. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines) There are two additional rooms upstairs and one has a queen bed and the other room has two twin beds.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, the height is 6 FT 9 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

My husband, 2 adult children and I stayed in the condo near Moab. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Beds were comfortable. Community was quiet. Showers were great with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was stocked so we could make breakfast and dinner there. The property was close to the National parks and everything in Moab. We had one question with the air conditioning. It was quick and easy to reach the rental company for help. We would stay again!!

Great stay
This was home base for us as we visited Arches and Canyonlands. The home and pool were a great respite after morning hikes. Clean and cool inside the home. TV reception was dependent upon the internet so it was spotty at times but I think that is a result of the mountains. The garage was a bonus!!

Nice place in Moab
We are a family of 5. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms, dining area and the living room. The large sectional in the living area was nice for us all to be able to hang out. There was plenty of hot water for all of us. One word of caution is the water is very hot and could easily burn someone. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Very accommodating and comfortable for our family of 4! The only thing lacking was kitchen items. We cooked and ate most of our meals at the condo, but had to constantly do dishes due to the 4 glasses and 7 forks. Otherwise great though!

Spacious, clean and very comfortable
We stayed at the this property for four nights and everything was great. Everything you need to feel at home is provided. The house was clean, the linens were plentiful and plush. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was quite comfortable. The management company is great! Communication is flawless, and it is clear that they really know how to take care of a vacation home. We recommend this home very highly.

This was a beautiful place in a very clean and new neighborhood. Ample parking tons of room, just outside of town, so nice and quiet (and dark for the stargazers) at night. Would happily return.

Great place
We really enjoyed our stay at this location. All the reviews said that it was clean and conveniently located. I would agree with both of those things. It was nice to have three bedrooms to separate kids for sleeping. We had two small children with us and the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the view the pool gets pretty crowded, but we were also their peak season. It can also be tricky to find in the dark, so be sure to use your map and follow the directions. But overall we really enjoyed our stay. It seems like a very safe and clean neighborhood.

Nice but a couple of thngs...
Both the king and queen beds were soft (if that matters to you as it did to 2 in our group). The twin beds seem firmer but couples generally do not want to vacation on single/twin beds. Our biggest problem was regulating the cooling temps. In order to get the upstairs bedrooms cool the main floor was a freezer. We sat outside in the evening as the temp was more comfortable than the main floor temps. The unit was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Only one bath had the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, etc.

Moab Fun
This was our third time staying at this property. Very clean and off the beaten path from Main St Moab and National Park traffic. Quiet location and the scenery outside the front window is outstanding, red rocks to the west and La Sal Mountains to the east.
