The rooms were unfortunately not sound proof at all and you can hear absolutely everything. The breakfast is okay but more variety would have been good, and everything was always running out, taking ages to replace.

Beautiful hotel with great spa, gym and swimming pool. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. And the location is excellent! Within walking distance of everything you want to see and visit in Istanbul. We loved our stay and will be going back again. Highly recommend for families with children.

Thank you for hosting me Armada Hotel! I had an amazing time visiting Istanbul. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast had many variety of options to choose from. It was delightful. The walking distance to restaurants, stores and main tourist attractions were very close between 5-12 minutes walking. I hope to come visit Istanbul again. Thank you so much for your courtesy! The hotel located right in a center of the main tourist destinations, quick accessability to preety much everything. But it doesnt feel overwhelming in a area at the same time, very quiet in the evening and night, safe. big surprise was a close connection to the Tram, that is such an easy access to the rest of the city. Absolutely helpful and poline staff that was very accommodating and told us in and outs of the town. I took their Istanbul transportation card by mistake, I am so sorry!

We stayed at Cheya Beşiktaş Hotel in November, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff, especially Oksana in the kitchen, stood out for her attentiveness, kindness, and hardworking nature. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—her personable and supportive demeanor truly made a difference. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and kindness. The cleaners were equally amazing—respectful and thorough in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, close to many attractions and within walking distance of the water. It made exploring the city so convenient.
