"Great hotel "

"We are regular visitors to Amsterdam but it was our first time staying at this hotel. We loved how central the location was. Straight over the road from Central Station. A small issue when we checked in, with our booking transferring over, however the gentalman who checked us in, was very helpful and we received an upgrade to the top floor with a room facing the canal, which was lovely. "Personnel attitude and performance was excellent. Very clean and with good options for breakfast. Very good location tonealk around yhe city center. Everyday resupply of coffee capsules and water was very good. I even received a bottle of sampagne for my birthday that was during my staying there. I will stay there again in my next visit to Amsterdam."

"Hotel is going through major renovations. Our initial room on the 5th floor was showing its age and did not have hot water in the shower. We asked for a change of room and received a room/suite on the 7th floor which was already renovated. Staff accommodated all our needs and were very pleasant. Lighting was a bit sparse in the room but the view overlooking a canal and small harbour was beautiful. "

"Truly a wonderful hotel, conveniently located in Osdorp shopping center! Very clean rooms! Everything you need is within walking distance, even public transportation! Front desk staff were amazing! Super friendly, polite, caring and very professional too! No matter what time of the day, I was always welcomed with a smile and warm greeting! They truly made my stay so much more enjoyable!
