The apartment has a 42m² private roof terrace with sea and mountain view with sun loungers. The apartment (62m²) itself has excess to the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms. The washing machine is in the house. The kitchen is well equipped, it has all you need. Wifi and air conditioning is included. Private parking spot.
