This authentic house is located in Mogorella, in the middle of Sardinia. This location is the perfect balance for a vacation in the mountains and relaxation at the beach. Typical antique Sardinian house. Great new beds and new electric domesticals as fridge, dishwasher and washingmachine. The courtyard was an amazing place to eat outside in mornings and evenings. Great restaurant just beside the door and market at 25 meters. We were welcomed by Sandra who is a travel leader and knows the region really well so she could answer any our questions. The house was clean as we arrived. A real oasis of rest only 25 min of the see

Maison au calme avec petite cour intérieure ombragée. Jolie maison très bien aménagée ou nous avons passé un agréable séjour. 2 salles de bains rénovées avec goût. Nous avons apprécié le niveau d'équipement de la maison qui offre tout le confort possible (lave linge, lave vaisselle, machine à café et ses dosettes et bien d'autres).

Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben. Lediglich WLAN war bei uns nicht verfügbar. Das alte Gebäude hat einen besonderen Flair. Das Bad ist neu, die Betten gut und der Innenhof lädt zum Entspannen ein. Geschirr usw. ist reichlich vorhanden. Mückenstecker nicht vergessen! Besonders auf der Hofseite finden die Biester genügend Löcher für einen Angriff. Leider wirken Mogorella und die umliegenden Orte ein wenig ausgestorben sodass man recht viel fahren muss (viele der umliegenden Restaurants waren Ende August geschlossen).

Wir haben drei Tage in Mogorella verbracht und es als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen nach Westen und Osten genutzt. Das Häuschen ist urig, historische Substanz aber teilweise sehr schön modernisiert. Das Bad ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer auch. Die Betten sind sehr gut gepolstert, super Kopfkissen! Die Küche ist mit modernem Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und etwas veraltetem Gasherd/Ofen ausgestattet. Der Eingangsbereich ist als Mehrzweckraum nutzbar, verbindet alle Räume. Im Garten haben wir schön gesessen und gegessen. Beim einparken berücksichtigen, dass das Auto nicht zu groß sein sollte. Unser 1‘er BMW passte perfekt durchs Tor. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleines Geschäft mit Tabak und Lebensmitteln. Sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Schlüsselübergabe und Rückgabe unkompliziert und problemlos.

Sehr schönes charmantes Haus mitten in einem Dorf mit schattigen Innenhöfen (mit eine riesen Nussbaum und muglicheit zuGrillen ).das Haus hatt eine sehr Gute Ausstattung und sehr Ruhige Lage etwas abgelegene Lage. Der Strand zwischen Putzu Idu und Mandriola war mit Auto in 45 min zu erreichen und für kleine Kinder sehr geeignet. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Bosa, Is Arutas, Santa Christina, Mal di Ventre oder Piscinas. Alghero ist mit Kindern schon zu weit weg. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Wir haben 3 Nächte in Glenns Haus verbracht und hatten dadurch das Glück Sardinien von einer ganz anderen, nämlich vollkommen untouristischen Seite kennenzulernen. Das original sardische Steinhaus strahlt absoluten Charme aus, alles war sauber, das Bad top renoviert und bestens ausgestattet. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt mitten im Dorf, ein Supermarkt ist gleich gegenüber, die Pizzeria nebenan hat leider vor kurzem zugemacht. Im Ort befindet sich noch eine kleine Bar, in der man frühstücken und abends etwas trinken kann. So kamen wir schnell mit den herzlichen Dorfbewohnern in Kontakt, die uns viel über das Dorf und auch das Haus erzählt haben. Die Kommunikation mit Glenn und seiner Cousine Diana war fabelhaft und es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Für uns ein besonderer Ort abseits des Tourismus. Ein Haus, das Geschichten erzählt. Vielen vielen Dank für alles!!!

It's an older house with lots of charm and quiet. However the electrics are currently (13-04-2019) a bit of a death trap (exposed 230v wires, even using antenna cable at some point), though some parts have been upgraded correctly. When staying here during the hotter times of the year it would be absolutely beautifull and pleasant, however there is no central heating so the colder times can be verry cold.

Das Haus von Glenn war sehr gepflegt und eine aparte Mischung aus neu renoviertem Hauateil und konserviertem Bestand. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein wunderbarer Nussbaum im Hof sorgt für Schatten und Erholung. Wenn einmal der Hof neu gepflastert ist, wird es ein Kleinod sein.

If you want to relax, disconnect and enjoy of the nature and the beach on a silent and peaceful place, this is the place to be. The house is equiped with everything you might need during the stay. That’s one of the things that surprise us in a good way. And a 10 for the owners, they’ve made everything possible by caring since minute one before the arrival and after.
