"We had an amazing overnight stay with our dog. It's close to the castle and park, which is a great place for a walk, as well as being right in the centre of town. Our dog was really well looked after with lots of fuss and water bowls. You can eat in the bar area with your dog and there's also a lovely patio outside when the weather's good. We had a nice dinner there and also a huge breakfast the next morning. Roscommon itself was a nice town and really well connected for exploring other parts of Ireland, we wished we'd booked more than one night. Would visit again."

"The room was smaller than a typical hotel room, but was clean and everything worked as expected. There is a common room with cooking supplies. The only complaint is that it's difficult to find food in Swalinbar, but that is unrelated to the hostel. The surrounding area is beautiful and there is a lot to do. "

"Breffni Arms Hotel is a terrific place to stay. We had a family event to attend nearby, and they went out of their way to accommodate our stay. Lovely, quiet room, restaurant on premises had delicious food and great staff. Their omelettes are so good. Location is perfect, and parking was fine. I can't say enough of good things about them.
