The apartment is spacious, facing south overlooking the gardens. There is a large terrace with table, chairs and umbrella. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and bathtub. The living room is large with living and dining room fully equipped. A sofa can accommodate 2 people in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, conventional oven and electric hob. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. Lovely quiet apartment.
Apartment had the most perfect position on the complex. The pool area was far enough away from the balcony if you wanted some peace and quiet - a lovely place to sit and read books with a glass of wine, it was more than sufficient in size and you could move in / out of the sun during the day as it was on the end. The pool itself was very clean and a lovely temperature, not very busy at the beginning of July - so a perfect time to visit.

El apartamento es amplio y cómodo con una gran terraza, un poco retirado de la playa pero es un paseo corto. El check-in surrealista ya que la persona encargada de hacerlo, el día anterior nos dió a elegir dos horarios para entrar al apartamento, a las 15,00 o 19,00h, así que cuando salimos de viaje hacia Mojácar la avisamos que llegaríamos un poco más tarde de las 15,00 y su respuesta fue, que ella tenía vida propia y solo trabajaba hasta las 15,00 h así que tuvimos que contactar directamente con el propietario que nos pudo solucionar el problema y al llegar a Mojácar nos entregaron las llaves para entrar en el apartamento. Así que inialmente un poco disgustada por la situación. Por otro lado, la limpieza no muy buena, nos tocó limpiar cuando llegamos y para rematar en el edificio hay cucarachas y se nos colaban por debajo de la puerta, así que con insecticida y tapando la el hueco de la puerta para evitar que entraran. Por otro lado el horario de la piscina muy ajustado para ser un lugar de veraneo por lo que no hemos podido apenas usarla. La urbanización es bonita y tranquila, mejorando algunas cosas del apartamento y fumigando para evitar los bichos, es un buen sitio para pasar unos días.

Buena ubicación, buena comunicación, apartamento funcional con piscina grande tal como se muestra en la descripcion. Nos recibieron con una botella de vino de regalo de bienvenida. Muy agradecidos
