"Unfortunately not at all as we expected. It really is in the middle of nowhere - so dangerous hairy roads to negotiate meaning no chance of fresh morning croissants. As to returning in the dark after a night out - definitely not! The interior is nicely decorated but not very cosy with a very basic kitchen definitely designed by someone who doesn't cook. "They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them."

"An outstanding kept and updated property. If you want to spend a few quiet days in an impeccable setting, this is the place! Isabelle owner and General manager was outstanding. Our beds were comfortable. AC was not result available but was still comfortable. They have done marvels with the restoration. Breakfast was locally produced, grown and prepared. Lovely! "
