"Good facilities, good size for 6 people supermarket 5 minute walk away. Spa and pool excellent the kids loved it, well equipped kitchen. The only problem was the smoke detectors are very sensitive, there's one on the bathroom which was triggered by steam from the shower and one was set off by spray deodorant, so security show up and say there's a problem and you have to open the balcony door, not ideal in winter. Overall a good stay."

"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

Had elevator which was nice vs carrying luggage up 3 flights. "

"Dieses gemütliche, kleine Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht um sich zu entspannen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit unseren beiden Golden Retrievern sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern war perfekt. Alles hat gut geklappt und war total unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!"

"I loved the age of the building, dating in parts from 1470, and fitting in with the historical architecture and atmosphere of Bruges. My spacious room overlooked the canal, which was a treat. The hotel is a short walk from the city centre and a perfect base for exploration on foot. The breakfast buffet selection is excellent. All the staff members I met were extremely helpful and friendly."
