"Eine kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung die gut für 2 Gäste geeignet ist. Gut ausgestattet und sehr günstig zum Einkaufen gelegen.Der Bus hält fast direkt vor der Haustür. Zu Fuß ist es ein wenig weit zum Südstrand und in die Stadt. Allerdings fährt regelmäßig der Bus und ist am Bismarckplatz und am NordseeCenter sehr gut mit den anderen Linien verknüpft.Kommunikation mit den Vermietern via WhatsApp und persönlich sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Abends ist alles gut ausheleuchtet. Die Küchenzeile ist mit allem Nützlichem ausgestattet. Heizung und Warmwasser funktionierte einwandfrei und für die Gemütlichkeit sorgte der elektrische Kamin. Es war eine rundum schöne Auszeit."

"Grundsätzlich war der Urlaub schön. Zu bemängeln gibt es, das man es Beach Haus nennt und auch auf den Fotos einen schönen Beach sieht, vor Ort ist aber außer einem Haufen Sand, nix vom "Beach" zu sehen. Dazu ist eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Haus und in den Schlafräumen riecht es modrig."
