Wonderful modern Villa, with spectacular view of the Ocean and the Bay of Eze.

Eze bay is a quiet residential community located between Nice and Monaco a 20 minute drive from both.

The 'Alpe Maritimes' rise steeply from the sea, with the medieval walled village of Eze perched 100metres above. Villa "Vue de la Mer" sits in the middle of the Bay with spectacular and panoramic views of the sea and mountains but only a 10 minute walk from the beach and Eze station, with trains and buses to Monaco or Nice and beyond.

The villa is 200sq metres, on three levels and has views of the sea from every room.

Top floor. A 90sq metre open plan kitchen, dining, lounge and a shower room and toilet – full length balcony overlooking the garden and with a spectacular view of the sea, Eze bay, and Cap Ferrat. Stairs down to:

Second Floor. Three large double bedrooms all with stunning sea views and direct access to a full-length balcony. Large bathroom, with shower, bath, double sink and toilet, and a separate independent toilet. Door and outside steps down to:

Garden and pool: A beautiful private garden and lap pool, enjoying sun all day with stunning views. Stairs down to a sun deck to relax with gentle views to the sea through Mediterranean trees. Hot water shower, and a full outside barbecue and pizza oven

Independent apartment / Pool House; Beautiful views over the pool garden and out to sea - a complete summer kitchen and dining table for 8 people leading to a large double bedroom with views and an adjoining shower room and toilet.

Facilities include – air conditioning in every room, heated swimming pool (additional charges apply), UK Sky TV, DVD player. Three double bedroom and an independent one-bedroom garden apartment. Three bathrooms and an independent cloak room/toilet.
