"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"This place is a combination of a hostel and a hotel. Can’t rate the hostel even though I am sure that it is good. But the hotel - two penthouse suites - is a marvelous place. It is immaculately clean, has all the necessary amenities and more, the owner is obliging and nice. A five star service for very little money. Highly recommended. "

Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. "We stayed there about 6 years ago and found it charming and classic. This stay was just as pleasant. The price was reasonable and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. The parking was a bit inconvenient as we had to park in the municipal lot about 2 blocks away, although it is a safe underground garage. The hotel allows you to drive up to drop off and pickup luggage. Staying in the old city, walking distance from everything made up for any inconvenience. We highly recommend this property!"
