"This place sits right on the cliffs above Denhams Beach and is a 5 minute walk down to the water. The location is ideal for access to Denhams and Surf Beach. Inside, the unit is spacious and exceptionally well-equipped for a holiday home away from home. "Property is well located one street back from the bay. Huge well fenced rear garden for your fur baby or babies. Facilities were good and the property was clean and tidy and well suited to travelling with pets. Well appointed kitchen with most necessary utensils. Very close to the Marina and JJ’s bar and grill (not open Sunday, as we found out) Easy walking distance to the town centre. We would definitely stay again. "A great location and a wonderful room for the price. We thought the cabin was 12 months old or so because it is in such good nic and really clean, but apparently it's much older. With BBQ are just across from the cabin and a twin plate cooker in the room if you want to cook. There is also the option of a courtesy bus to the Catalina Club which was suggested to us by the wonderful management. The management were friendly, helpful, courteous and very accommodating. Don't overlook this property for a cost effective stay in comfort. "

Beautiful location and views

"What a lovely hotel! We arrived after hours so didn't meet reception team but spoke to them on the phone. We got upgraded to penthouse which was a lovely surprise. The penthouse was massive and had two bedrooms! Views were incredible. The area lost electricity which meant we didn't get to use the facilities in our room much unfortunately, but they brought us a lamp straight away, and there were some candles which we could light up. Overall great experience "

Very nice, clean, big but needs a deadbolt

"We were pleasantly surprised with this booking. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. Staff at office were very friendly. Location excellent. The only negative would be that it is a code lock to enter... unclear if combinations change in between guests. Combination was given to me on a printed paper which leads me to believe it was not a new combination. And there was no deadbolt (or chain lock) from the inside of the room. So we were slightly disconcerted that anyone, staff, or previous guest could enter room while we were not there or worse, while we were there. But, having said this, nothing eventful happened regarding this."
