A place without too many pretensions, but... Rich, personalized, quiet, clean, shareable, exclusive, beautiful, intimate, relaxed, unique, with details, reserved, cozy and more.

One detail that is important to highlight is the location of all the rooms facing northeast, towards the more than 66 meters of lake frontage, this allows receiving natural light throughout the day, nuanced and refreshed by the trees and palm trees that surround the entire property, and being able to see the beautiful colors of the sunsets of the Colombian Caribbean in the sky.

It is not just a 210 m2 house, it is more than 3,373 m2 of exclusive land, without any other building within it, and a private lake. The house has three rooms, all with air conditioning, ceiling fan and wall fan, two full bathrooms and one powder room. Solarium inaugurated in December 2024, a space designed to enjoy the sun, right under the palm trees. BBQ with 5m Outdoor Kitchen, 40m2 Stadero and Sandbox. That complies with Biosecurity measures.

Here you will have the possibility to cook or have someone prepare for you what you like the most. Drink a drink or juice sitting on the bench submerged in the pool, enjoy the landscape, the tropical animals, the sunset or enjoy a good bonfire or barbecue right next to the house in an exclusive space.

It is located in the only Private Complex in the area, which has an independent hotel and 24-hour surveillance.
On the beach, with more than fourteen kilometers to travel, you have a private kiosk, to enjoy the view, the warm water of the Caribbean and the warm sea breeze.

Within the rate for your comfort and depending on your availability, the pool maintenance service is provided every 3 days and every time there is a change of guests.

The most important thing about the photos is that 50% are from the guests. November 2021 we obtained our National Tourism Registry 105152. Since we have been complying with all the requirements requested by the Ministry of Tourism. The last register is Valid until 2026
