"There wasn’t any email communication in advance and thank goodness we arrived in town 15 minutes before the office closed, then picked up keys from the rental office 2 min prior to closing. We googled the property manager’s name in order to make that phone call…and the listing is also no longer in VRBO’s listings so overall it was as much hit (location an cleanliness) as miss (Rainbow Realty seems to live at a different pace of life) giving it a 3 star rating for “Interlaken 10.”"

"The property was easy to find, and close to walk into town. Check-in doesn’t require going to a front desk, they give you the door code. We had a good stay, except for 2 things: 1. The original entry to the unit is a room for stuff to make guests stay more pleasant: games, snow toys, etc; problem is you hear everyone going in/out the door as it’s a part of the unit with a locked door blocking the entrance to the unit. 2. Bathroom is weird with no fan or window, and we were wishing it was...
