"Like it's sister hotel in VT, MMV le Panorama was a sound choice. Conveniently located a stones throw away from the information centre and ESL school centre as well as local shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and food was great with enough variety if there for a week long trip. Had to collect snowboard from local rental shop which are affiliated with the hotel as rental shop in the hotel had limited supply of equipment for snowboarders (skiers in our group had no issues). "Didnt enjoy queing for 1 hour to collect sheets and check in then having to walk back 5 mins to hotel with everything inc luggage. Double trundle bed could only be made up as 2 singles and no top sheet... had to sleep next to blankets that werent laundered. Great position in town. Nice view. "

"Terrible unprofessional hotel. The staff are rude, the hotel had a awful smell. The jacuzzi water was yellow and smelt of urine. My room was so tiny that you couldn’t go toilet and close the door, the hotel had hardly any towels and when I asked for more they said they never had any. When I complained they insulted me. I booked the restaurant which was supposed to be a buffet style. However when I arrived it was all seafood which I am allergic too. I asked for assistance and a rude old lady ...

"Really nice, ski in ski out property and excellent value for money. Rooms were good size and in good condition and breakfast was good for what we paid."

"Great location near gondola with access to bars and restaurants within a quick walk. Not too noisy other than road clearing each morning which isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast is a small selection but has great cakes and meat. Comfy bed and bath in room which is a must. Great to be able to make tea in communal area. "Immediately welcoming on our first day. All staff very helpful. Accommodated different food preferences for our son. Evening meal was at 7:45pm - which was quite late for us. I think this varies depending upon what groups come in. Ski equipment hire on site - although we used the shop next door. It was a good fair price for a 2 star hotel. Just what we needed"
