"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. "You could not ask for a better location, straight on to the slopes (down to a short lift) and right next to the ‘all day/evening’ lift to take you into town and back if needed. "The apartment is well positioned just opposite the bus terminus and entry to the commercial area. To access the piste exit the apartment turn left and in about 100m you can access a blue piste that leads quickly to the main green run on the front of the resort. "We had a small party of 7 Road cyclists and loved our stay. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and WCs with ample storage for all of the bikes and equipment. The owner responded quickly to all communications and was extremely helpful and accommodating. This is a perfect location for road cycling as long as you like endless tough climbs on the doorstep."

"If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything because I chose pay at hotel. Hotel refused to give me the lower rate because we never did get breakfast or spa access. Definitely not worth what we ended up paying. My recommendation: Stay somewhere else. "

"The hotel is nice, really good breakfast! Location is perfect! We had a room for 2 ppl which was nice but rooms a very tight. Pool has nice warm water, sauna and steam room are great! Too bad it’s only open till 8 pm. "
