"I stayed here for 2 nights in 4 days, same room both times so cannot comment on different room types. From the moment you walk through the entrance the welcome is very warm. Check-in quick and very friendly, glass of bubbly if that floats your boat. "The meeting that I was schedule to attend in Neuchatel was cancelled a full six months before it was to take place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."

"Great accommodations for a small mountain town. The building was gut renovated in 2019 after having sat dormant for years after the previous hotel on site was burned down. Loved the inside vibe though the decor inside the hotel rooms were a bit sparse (spacious though). For Americans, there is no AC (not particularly uncommon) so beware. Hostess was good at communicating late checkin procedures since we did not arrive at the property until 10 pm. Overall lovely stay with all our basic needs...

But for my family who is not used to animals in the house, the dog and cat smell(which they have as pets as it is their home based b&b) was a bit irritating and my son and wife had sneezing due to it.
