"Un superbe séjour, extrêmement ressourçant, dans un petit coin de paradis jurassien. Zoé est très accueillante et partage sa fine connaissance du territoire. La maison est très agréable et Sokette, le chat du logis, est tout aussi accueillant! Chacun peut faire sa vie de son côté et se retrouver pour des moments partagés, l'équilibre parfait!"

"L'annonce stipulait qu'il y avait trois chambres, alors qu'en fait il n'y en avait que deux ! Du coup quelqu'un a dormi sur le canapé ( qui n'est pas un canapé lit) En expliquant cela au propriétaire, il a modifié d'emblée son annonce (maintenant c'est deux chambres) Donc non seulement nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise en arrivant, mais en plus le propriétaire n'a pas daigné s'excuser pour la gêne occasionnée ! À noter également que la literie est en piteux état, à se demander si c'était...

"Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double. Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell. "

Friendly staff and amazing value food

"The friendly staff and the amazing value menu de jour means we have marked this place to come back to. Yes the bathroom was a little bit tired and the walls are thin so I could unfortunately hear someone in a neighbouring room playing candy crush until late, but the bed was comfy and the ambiance in the restaurant was great. The Menu du jour was incredibly good value, coming in at under €20 including wine, and our magret de canard was to die for with a large heap of sauted mange tout peas. The staff were friendly and helpful."

Estuvi - La Sittelle Enchantée, a break in the countryside. bike shelter, animals ok

WONDERFUL IN EVERY WAY

"We think that The Enchanted Sittelle is the perfect place to stay. The facilities are complete and as fo the setting and location, among forests and lakes, it couldn't be bettered. Our hosts, Christine and Bénigne, made us feel completely at home. Their welcome was warm and friendly and Christine explained how everything worked in the site so that we never had a problem with anything in the house. She also pointed us to some of the beautiful towns and villages, which we enjoyed visiting, and even enabled us to understand the different classifications of Comté cheese! Being so close to the A39, makes it easy to travel quickly around the region too, another good advantage of the location. We left some things behind and Christine kindly offered to post them to us, another good example of the excellent host she is. We hope to enjoy another stay there next year. In a word, it's Fabulous"."

Fabulous accommodation and great value!

"Very clean and comfortable accommodation managed by a delightful family who are excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble including booking us a table at the local Italian restaurant (Le Coin au Provence) - also worth a visit. Very comfortable bed, lots of space, great facilities and a delicious continental breakfast. Thank you and we will definitely be going back!"

"The hotel is quite isolated and there are no dining options around. It is advertised as having air conditioning, but I would not rely on that. Luckily it cooled down at night. Comparing to other hotels in the area, it was overpriced for what it offers."
