I can’t say enough about Capanna Suites! What a beautiful resort with every comfort and amenity. The views were incredible! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Probably one of the best stays I have had anywhere. Incredible location, service and facilities. Also have to mention the resident cats who totally made my day! Highly recommend a booking at the spa & the restaurant for dinner! Truly phenomenal!

Amazing stay for our honeymoon

We had a tremendous stay at Capanna Suites. From the very first moment we stepped into reception hotel, we could already feel the warmth and friendliness from Anna and co. The suite itself was classy and full of character. We had a brilliant private spa experience which was super relaxing after a long driver during the day. We also had our best dinner in Italy watching the sunset! Would highly recommend others to enjoy the Tuscan life at Capanna Suites.

The property is gorgeous, well kept, and is very clean. The rooms are very large. Staff is great and speaks fluent English, they really want you to have the best time. The one hour free at the spa is amazing and so relaxing. Pool is a little cold but perfect on a hot Tuscan day. We did not eat at the restaurant but the breakfast was nice. The hotel is very close to everything. Really should be a 4 or 5 star hotel.

The rooms are just so beautiful & large. Nicely decorated, big bathroom & shower. Lots of light, with a front courtyard. Rooms cleaned everyday & great espresso machine in room. Office staff so helpful & polite!! Restaurant looks out over the countryside & delicious free breakfast. We also enjoyed dinner there twice with a very professional & friendly staff. Property location was perfect to go to nearby cities & close by to good wineries & restaurants. We would definitely return there when going to Tuscany again!! We were sad to leave

It was a very special stay. One of the best views over the Tuscan valley. Amazing sunset right in front of the house. The build quality of the house and used materials is top notch. Still cannot believe it. No details have been missed. A wine cooler in your room. The infinity pool was magical as well. Anna is a great host and she carries the owners believe in a true experience very well. It’s unbelievable they can offer this kind of level at this price range. Highly recommend!

Fantastic winery hotel with lots of extras

Lovely stay at a winery hotel including a wine tasting, infinity pool, spa and breakfast as a part of the stay! What could you ask for more! Well, they also have a fantastic restaurant at night so don’t forget to make reservations to all of these amenities! Very close to Montalcino and lots of Brunello wines!

Giulia is a 5 stars service person and also Fabio. Both are part of a very good experience we lived in Capanna. Thank you both! Thank you Giulia and Fabio for giving us your best in our stay!! The only mishap we had in the hotel was that the weather wasn’t cool enough to keep rooms in a hot temperature without being able to put them cooler and we had to leave the windows opened (on a high floor) to cool the room during sleeping and both nights cats (one night one cat and the other night another) entered to the room by the window and woke me up giving me a big scare because they jumped in my bed and I screamed. I recommend the hotel not to quit the control of air conditioning since so early when weather still warm and another recommendation is to have screens in your windows to prevent this things from happening. Beside this unfortunate moments is a overstanding hotel with an excellent service, excellent food and excellent and beautiful surroundings. I will recommend it to all.

Beautiful property in Montalcino, attentive reception service, well-done cleaning and delicious breakfast. The biggest inconvenience was the person in charge of the restaurant. We arrived to stay for a night and at check-in we were informed that there would be no place for us to have dinner at the restaurant. It is hard to understand a place that does not have the capacity to serve its guests… that out of 11 occupied rooms they could only serve 10 tables despite there being empty tables in the restaurant. We had to go into town to look for a restaurant to have dinner when the idea was to enjoy a romantic evening at the hotel.

Stunning Property and Amazing Hospitality!

Amazing hospitality, beautiful views, well appointed and a true gem of Tuscany! From the moment of arrival with Anna, every detail was perfectly executed. As a solo traveller, it was comfortable and truly felt like home. The spa/bathhouse was a beautiful and relaxing treat! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms breathtaking with views overlooking the vineyards and rolling hills of Tuscany. The dining patio and pool had stunning views and sunsets with Antonio and Vladimir the perfect dining hosts. The chef has a gift with fresh ingredients, imaginative flavors and dishes executed to perfection. I recommend the chef’s tasting menu! A great location within short driving distance of Montalcino and within reach of many amazing wineries and villages. Overall a great location to explore all Tuscany has to offer. I even extended my stay to relish in the relaxation and luxury another few days. A true highlight of my Italian adventure and I will definitely return!
